Staff here were super reception staff I forget the lady with colourful hairs name .the housekeeping is first class indeed also the gentleman in the breakfast room all most polite indeed . Location good easy walk to disney and local shops . Bus stops all near to amtrak Station so a day trip to san diego super easy as we did

The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was so close to the convention centre for our Pokemon Worlds visit, as well as Disneyland and the shuttles which made life so much easier! The air con and pool were so welcome in the heat, and we cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - especially Aixsha!! We had a lovely surprise when she arranged a very special Pokemon welcome balloon and card surprise for our return to the hotel one evening. The card was handmade as well and showed so much thoughtfulness - we have never experienced such amazing attention to detail and thoughtfulness in all of our travels! Thank you so much Aixsha 🙏🏼🥰💖

The check-in employee, Melissa, was friendly and welcoming. She got us checked in quickly and informed us of the hotel amenities (elevator location, breakfast hours and location). Our reserved King Room had plenty of space to move about. Our room had two bedrooms, one with the king bed (first room upon entering) and one with the desk and two kids bunk beds. I liked that the bathroom counter was long and had two sinks for the two of us to spread out our toiletries. The shower head provided great coverage and water pressure. The toilet had a powerful, quick refill flush mechanism. The air conditioning unit kept our room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. The free breakfast service was exceptional. The breakfast staff kept the room tidy, utensils/supplies and food well stocked, and bussed our tables in a friendly and efficient manner. Upon check out, the two females employees (forgot to ask their names) were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Housekeeping emptied our trash and replaced our towels daily during our stay. The hotel location was a quick walk to the Anaheim Convention Center and to many local eateries.

Breakfast was good, they are undergoing renovations but were still able to offer a deliciously healthy breakfast. I wish I had known I was going to have to pay for parking before I booked. I paid $120 that I was not planning on paying since I had paid for all things in advance. I did get $60 back but again I had planned for everything but that. I did like that I was able to walk over to the parking lot and ride in for free. So I guess that does make up for the money I could have been spending for parking at Disney.

This was a very affordable, very clean option for Disneyland. For this specific trip we did rope drop to fireworks so we really spent no time in the room. The room is basic but it was clean. If I was planning on taking more breaks during the day, I might have looked for a closer or more comfortable option with more amenities but this hotel provided just what we needed. A lot of construction was going on but to their credit, nothing was loud or disruptive during the evening or early morning. It was unfortunate that the breakfast option had no sit down availability and limited options due to construction but we decided to just skip and grab in the park. It is a very close walk to Toy Story parking lot (5 minutes), and about a 15-20 minute walk to directly to the park. The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming.

If you're looking for a less expensive, family friendly option near Disneyland, this is the one! We walked to Disney in about 15 minutes (walked with teenage kids, though...little feet would take a little longer). Our room was very nice - clean, comfortable, and updated. A lovely outdoor pool and hot tub to relax in. The best part was the breakfast! So much variety, and the staff taking care of the guests there were exemplary! Continually making sure everything was filled and asking guests if they needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel! They are in the midst of renovating all of the rooms and the check-in area. Would love to go back and see it when they are done! It's obvious they care about their business and the customers they serve.

The location was perfect for Disney it was close enough to walk or the toy story shuttle was right next door.....the staff was very friendly and helpful..im terrible with names but the young man at check in was great and even helped us find a beach to go to...the young lady working the night shift on 21st was very helpful with finding us utensils and plates when our food delivery didn't provide any.......the walk in shower was a big plus and double sinks....they had the room decorated for my bday with balloons and flowers..it was so thoughtful to try and make our trip a bit more special....there was plenty of parking and the complimentary breakfast was convenient....we will definitely stay here again when we are going to Disneyland.....thanks for a great stay!!
